Shipping policy

Free local pick up is available at checkout. If you choose to pick up your purchase, please do so within 30 days of receipt, if your purchase has not been pick up, BirchBound Gift Co. will donate the the goods to local charity.

If you choose shipping, please allow 7-10 business days to process your order. Once created, your item will be carefully packaged and items will be shipped via one of our services. Some items may arrive earlier than anticipated and larger more complex orders may require extra time. I will stay in close communication with you via email or by phone, if one is provided, should your order take longer.

**During high demand seasonal times, such as Christmas, processing may take longer than usual. In order to receive your order on time, I recommend placing your order several weeks before it is needed.
